What Does this MRI test Result Mean?

I get pain in my lower right abdomen on the right side where I bend walk or move around. I was advised MRI WHICH REPORTS THE FOLLOWING IMPRESSIONS. 1.VERTEBRAL OSTEOPOROSIS. 2.SACRALIZATION OF 5TH LUMBAR VERTRBRA 3. L3 -4 disc annular bulge causing THECAL COMPROMISES. 4. L4 - 5 DISC ANNULAR BULGE WITH SUPERADDED BROAD BASED MILDLY ECCENTRIC HERNIATION ABND LIGAMENTA FLAVUM/ FLACET JOINT CAPSULAR HYPERTROPHY CAUSING THECAL AND BILATERAL L5/L4 NEURAL COMPROMISES. 5.LUMBAR FACET JOINT SYNOVITIS.

Your bones specially of vertebrae are weakening due to decrese oin calcium. Subsequently this is compressing spinal cord and nerves originating from it and inflammation of joints in between vertebrae. Seek advise from a good spinal or orthopaedic surgeon.
